Skrivent (“Skrivent,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides documentation services to U.S. radiology practices. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit skrivent.com or contact us about our services.

We collect only the information needed to respond to inquiries and operate our website:
- Information you submit. Name, work email, practice or organization, role, and the message you send through our contact or pilot-request forms.
- Technical information. Standard log data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps, collected to maintain site security and performance.
2. Protected Health Information (PHI)
Our public website is not intended for the transmission of Protected Health Information. Please do not include any patient identifiers, study data, or PHI in contact form submissions. Production documentation services are governed by a separate Business Associate Agreement (BAA) and Master Services Agreement executed with each client practice.
3. How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and schedule pilot conversations.
- To send service-related communications you request.
- To monitor, secure, and improve the website.
- To comply with applicable laws and enforce our terms.
We do not sell personal information.
4. How we share information
We share information only with vetted service providers that help us operate the site and respond to inquiries (for example, our hosting, database, and email infrastructure providers). These providers are contractually obligated to safeguard your information and use it only on our behalf.

Our site relies only on strictly necessary browser storage required for core functionality (for example, remembering form state during a session). 7. Data retention
We retain contact inquiries for as long as needed to respond to your request and to maintain records consistent with reasonable business and legal requirements. You may request deletion at any time.
